Conference Room 1 is equipped with Acendo Core meeting collaboration system. This video conference equipment supports most web-based platforms such as GoTo Meetings, Zoom and Microsoft Teams. 

1. Where is the camera and equipment? Our video conferencing equipment is in Conference Room 1
2. What do I need to bring to the meeting? Come prepared with your meeting ID and password.
   
3. How much does it cost? The use of video conference equipment is free with use of the conference room.
4. How to schedule a zoom meeting? Schedule the meeting on your zoom account from your own device. If you are invited by someone else who is the setup host then you will receive the meeting ID and passcode from that person. We do not create the ZOOM meeting for you. 
5. How to reserve the conference room? Simply call the front desk at 922-4411 or email frontdesk@executivesuitesbr.com and ask to reserve Conference Room 1 on the date and time needed.
6. Security of the meeting? All information is deleted from the system on sign out.
