2.  Large Board / Meeting / Training Room

This beautiful large conference room boasts a gorgeous view of Baton Rouge from the 7th floor of the II United Plaza Building easily accessed from I-10 or I-12 off of Essen Lane.  Mini blinds allow control of the lighting.  The room is cleverly furnished with adjustable tables to accommodate almost any arrangement.  As shown above the tables can form a board table,  a training or teaching set up and group discussions arrangements.  Any type of meeting that you need Executive Suites can make it work for your business.

3.  Smaller Conference Room

Our smaller conference room provides a more intimate space for meetings and small group discussions.  It seats about 6 - 8 people.  The smart TV monitor has both RGB and HDMI connections for your presentations.

 

 


4. Two Day Offices

This Day office is equipped with a desk, credenza and a table with four chairs for small discussions.  This office is very good for small meetings.  CLICK HERE to read more.


Pricing for Conference Room or Day Office

NON-TENANTS OR CONFERENCE USERS ONLY
             $ 45 per hour (for up to 5 hours)
             $ 235 per day (Over six hours)
             $ 875 per week (Five weekdays - Weekends not available)

PHYSICAL TENANTS

  1. BASIC PLAN  $25 per hour
  2. PLUS PLAN   4 free hours of usage monthly then $25 per hour thereafter.
  3. FULL PLAN  10 free hours of conference room usage then $25 per hour thereafter.

PRICE FOR VIRTUAL TENANTS

  1. BASIC PLAN  $25 per hour
  2. PLUS PLAN  $25 per hour
  3. PREMIER PLAN  10 free hours monthly then $25 per hour thereafter.
 
REFRESHMENTS: As always free coffee is provided for your guests in the break room and flavored water in the reception area.  If you would like a special coffee or water set up in the conference room, please request it at least 24 hours in advance.  A fee of $25 is charged for coffee set up.  Water is an additional $1 per bottle.
