Our smaller conference room provides a more intimate space for meetings and small group discussions. It seats about 6 - 8 people with a beautiful view of the city.

Pricing for Conference Room or Day Office

NON-TENANTS OR CONFERENCE USERS ONLY

  • $55 per hour (for up to 5 hours)
  • $250 per day (Over six hours)


PHYSICAL TENANTS

  • BASIC PLAN - $25 per hour
  • PLUS PLAN - 8 free hours of usage monthly then $25 per hour thereafter.


PRICE FOR VIRTUAL TENANTS

  • BASIC PLAN - $25 per hour
  • PLUS PLAN - $25 per hour
  • PREMIER PLAN - 8 free hours monthly then $25 per hour thereafter.

 

REFRESHMENTS: As always free coffee is provided for you and your guests in the break room.  A Kentwood water dispenser is available for free water in the lobby.  Bottled water and soft drinks are an additional $1 per bottle.

 

Need to make copies?  Enjoy full use of our copy room to make copies and scan documents to your email.  Let us know ahead of time and we will provide you with a copy code.  The cost is .15 cents per black and white copy & .25 per color copy.
